Mental Performance Coaching

You will be directed to complete an initial questionnaire (which will be mailed to you following a brief, free consultation) and review & sign Service Agreement (emailed post consultation) at minimum before booking.

The cost is a Monthly Package Cost which includes 1 full session per month and PreRace/Game/Event check in and prep tailored to the athlete's needs/ individual's preferences.

This is not clinical counseling or consultation. This is a customized service for high performing individuals and athletes who desire to improve their wellbeing and functioning using a variety of evidenced based tools and strategies.
