Healthy Habits Workbook
This Workbook has been designed for those individuals who want to embark on a wellness journey but are not quite sure where to start-or- those who want to take a deeper look at how to advance their healthy habits plan.
This workbook will assist you in taking a self inventory of key strength areas and areas of focus/challenge, all while giving brief educational tips and suggestions on how to craft a wellness plan in those areas.
The workbook covers key areas of wellness habits: sleep, food, fitness/movement, mental health, emotional support, and supportive relationships.
Created with my understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral change, I crafted the tool to be user friendly and thought provoking in a way that promotes self awareness and offers tips for skill building.
These workbooks don't take the place of traditional counseling, however they can be used to jumpstart your journey or take with you if you are already working with a provider.
